Argentine political and social model. Big questions Adverse political and social forces today debate it with energy. The issue is not resolved, as two hundred and so many years ago when the revolutionary shout arose in Buenos Aires on May 25, 1810. For some it was about eliminating the Spanish monopoly and changing little or nothing social and political class and regional relations . For others it was also about seeking free trade to liberate peoples as race-men in political and social matters. It is proven that a sector of the revolutionaries aimed to match the classes as much as possible, but within the parameters of the time. The Government Board placed Manuel Belgrano at the head of a military expedition to attract Paraguay to the revolution. In the Mesopotamian region, he verified the misery of the peoples of the Guarani Tupi missions exploited by the landowners and corregidores. This originated one of the first constitutional antecedents of 1853. The "Regulation for the Political and Administrative Regime and Reform of the 30 Peoples of the Misiones", which guaranteed rights to the originals. But the political and military alternatives of successive times nevertheless prevented its effective fulfillment.
